Activities

Games for young and older children

Many games are available inside the campsite, or near the reception: a castle-shaped playground for the little ones, slides, trampoline, tennis table, blackboards to draw, and a pétanque alley.

Our campsite, designed to entertain your children

You are in holidays to spend some good time with your children, but they also want to make some friends and have fun. Our animation team is here every day in July and August, except on Saturdays. We suggest activities for your children, according to their wishes and the weather; we propose both field sports and activities to do inside.  We offer many activities such as drawing, dancing, playing, or making objects.

Water-based recreation area La Samaritaine

You need a refreshing dive? Jump in to the communal lake La Samaritaine. The lake is at only 200 meters from the campsite. However, be careful, because the lake is not supervised. For health reasons, dogs are forbidden close to the lake, but are accepted kept on the leash inside the campsite.

Fishing

At only 200 meters of the campsite, a pond is dedicated to fishing activities. You just have to find the good spot to catch some pikes! Our pond is full of fishes: pikes, roaches and small fishes to fry.

Looking for a biking adventure?

Many trails and roads start from the campsite or the village, with different levels of difficulty. No need to take your own bike, we can rent you new bikes, for an hour, a day or even a full week.

Hiking

Take some time to discover the Argonne. The walking tour « La Chapelle de Masmes », a 13 kilometres walk starting from the campsite, is one of the numerous trails you can take. At the reception, we will be glad to show you some other trails.

TV room and library

The camping has a common room with a TV and a library (for little ones and grown-ups). It is the ideal spot to watch together football competitions, the “Tour de France”, or a movie in case of bad weather. There, you also can read quietly, trade the books you’ve already read, and learn more about the Ardennes on the “cultural information corner”.

Convivial moments

Once a week, we organize a campfire, and all the campers are welcomed. It is the perfect opportunity to know each other better with a glass of rosé wine and roasted marshmallows.
