This year, the festival "Clin d'Oeil' celebrate its 10th birthday !
What's its aim ? Promote the culture of deaf people!
Some artists, young or a little older, will present you their disciplines, this year more numerous : theater, poetry, dance, visual art, painting, fashion design, sculpture...
